Absolutely stunning! Barbara and Andy are fantastic hosts. Even before we arrived they were in contact with us to help us find our way. The pods are impeccable and they have thought of every little thing you could possibly need. The welcome basket was fantastic from freshly baked bread, amazing local cheese, cookies, chocolates, oat cakes, milk, marshmallows, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, jams and Prosecco! Delicious!
The view was beautiful. The pods are super quiet with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. Shower was great. They even have a dishwasher and high end appliances/knives, etc. We had a lovely fire outside as well.We took a beautiful stroll down to the beach, only takes about 10-15 min. We cannot praise this place enough. We loved it and thank you Barbara and Andy for being such terrific hosts. We would love to come back one day and stay longer.

Amazing place to stay. Firstly it’s close to Brodick which has everything you need, but just out the way enough that it feels secluded and remote. The pods themselves have views across the sea which is stunning too!Barbara and Andy have thought of everything. Down to a welcome pack, all the amenities you may need and making the pod both fun and effortless to find and use everything. They couldn’t have offered more help and were happy to answer any questions or help if they could. All the small touches and how well the place was taken care of speaks volumes of the care and experience they want you to have during the stay. Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

We had a lovely stay in Dunfion at Raven’s Gully, from walking into the enclosed garden, (a must for our little dog), seeing the beautiful display of plants and flowers, to entering the pod and seeing the high spec appliances, TV, fire and contemporary decor, we repeatedly said, “Wow, wow, wow!” A stunning pod, with lots of extras, from a surprise bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, to bread, cheese, butter, jams, and the lovely coffee pods , to make our visit even better. The bed was super comfy, and had a lovely shower. Everything was spotless. We sat in the garden with blankets provided and toasted marshmallows on the smokeless stove, looking out to beautiful green fields and the sea beyond that. The location for us was perfect, so peaceful , and only a 2 minute drive to Brodick and the local Co-op, restaurants and beach. There’s also a beach bar selling beautiful cocktails 7 minutes drive away or a short walk from Brodick beach. Even on the day the weather was bad, we had Spotify and Netflix to entertain us. Barbara and Andy have thought about everything to make your stay extra special and go above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here, and we will be returning. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Raven’s Gully on the Isle of Arran, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The accommodation was impeccably clean, exuding a sense of freshness and care in every corner. The pod was thoughtfully designed, offering all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, a delicious welcome pack containing fresh locally sourced produce, a supremely comfortable king-sized bed, and a luxurious en-suite shower room. The attention to detail was evident, with features like voice-controlled blinds and mood lighting enhancing the overall ambiance.
The hosts, Barbara and Andy, were truly lovely people. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. They provided excellent recommendations for local walks and attractions, ensuring we made the most of our time on the island. The location itself was perfect—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short distance from Brodick and the ferry terminal.
Waking up to panoramic sea views and enjoying evenings by the fire pit under the stars made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Raven’s Gully to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable retreat on the Isle of Arran.

If you like glamping then I’d say this is extreme GLAMPING!! Our 1st wedding anniversary we stayed for 2nights and honestly I had an amazing stay. There is nothing you could want that wasn’t there and the bed was so comfy we both had the best sleep. Shower was great and all the extras Barbara leaves in the cabin for you is a great special touch. All the local pubs and restaurants are dog friendly too. I have told friends and family already and we will most definitely be back.

What a find these luxury pods were. Great views from the deck and garden, even woke early to see the sunrise which was stunning.
The pod is super lux, has all you need and lots of fancy tech, all controlled by voice.
The goodies left for us on arrival must have cost a small fortune and were all local and lovely. Toasty marshmallows being one of the goodies.
Barbara and Andy were perfect hosts, happy and helpful. We hired the e bikes for a day which allowed us to explore the island and discover some of the lovely villages close by. Lots to see close by and afar.
The pods are local to the Brodick ferry port, located about 5 minutes drive, perched on a hill overlooking the coast.
We would definitely stay again when we return to Arran, hopefully equally lucky with the weather next time too.

We had a great holiday in one of the Pods… Dunfion. The Pod was wonderful …. brilliantly and cleverly kitted out. Bed and sofa so comfortable! We felt we had everything we needed…was also a great place in terms of taking our dog! Lovely touch in that there was a welcome pack for us as well as our mutt! Walks from the door…so lots to see and do.Barbara and Andy are great hosts
Our third stay at Ravens Gully and it was as brilliant as always. We returned for our third year as Barbara and Andy are so hospitable, the little touches in the pods are so thoughtful and personal. We had the dog this year and he had his very own hamper, complete with birthday hat as we had told Barbara it was his birthday! We had lovely produce from Arran in the pod waiting for us. The fire pit was well stocked and we had a lovely, relaxing time. The pods are very well equipped and comfortable. We will be back for our fourth time next year!

Amazing, peaceful, couples retreat.
The pods are lovely, truly kitted out with all amenities, all of which are premium and felt new, no expense spared on fittings and furnishings, outclasses many hotels. We were able to comfortably cook full meals in the pod (hob/microwave/oven). Even with the heating turned off the pods were plenty warm in early May, even with windows open. Bed was comfy, shower pressure was good. Views phenomenal, very peaceful surroundings, could hear nothing but the sheep and the birds.
Hosts are also lovely, went above and beyond providing a bespoke package of local produce for my wife’s birthday, truly they could not do enough to help us. The amount of up to date local knowledge they make available to you via their digital guidebook and in person is massively useful, really helped us make the most of our time there. Hosts were personable and full of information on arrival day, then allowed us space to enjoy the peace so we only saw them when we needed something.
Well located between the two largest towns, within easy walking distance from Brodick, central location also makes it a good starting point for exploring the island as a whole.
One of the best holidays I have been on, really can’t fault the accommodation or the hosts at all, and when we come back to Arran I will be booking at Ravens Gully again.

Excellent luxury pod stay, wish we’d been there for longer!
We stayed for 3 nights at the Dhunan pod and we’re blown away by the facilities, hospitality, views and peacefulness of the pod and location. We had our dog with us and he could not have been better catered for, enjoying his doggy hamper and big bed in front of the electric fire! We had the log burner on every chance we could and it was always cleaned and refilled by the time we needed it again. The smart features of the pod were excellent and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Barbara was so welcoming and gave us great recommendations for food and places to go for walks. We’d highly recommend trying The Shack and Grill if you get a chance, they were the best burgers we’ve ever had!

Absolutely perfect, a real gem
Raven’s Gully is an absolute gem, I almost don’t want to write this review so people won’t realise! Barbara was incredibly welcoming and the pod itself was so comfortable with every home comfort inside! Everything we needed was provided, without a doubt there’s no need to think ahead, whatever you need will be there.
The fire pit was lovely, the weather was mostly dry which lent to a couple of chilled hours by the fire each night. The EV charger was super convenient and made the whole trip that bit easier, without a doubt a return visit is on the horizon.

Luxury getaway
From the moment we arrived we felt that this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The view across the bay was incredible, the pod made us smile and Barbara’s welcome was lovely. It was a mixture of getting away from it all plus luxury accommodation of the finest order. Everything you could possibly need , privacy and easy access to beautiful countryside. We swam at the nearby beach, hiked to Goatfell , Lamlash and Glen Rosa and didn’t need the car at all after a long drive
⭐
from Bristol. Barbara and Andy have created something really special here and we have already recommended it to friends and family. We hope to return soon. Thank you so much for an unforgettable few days.

Luxury glamping pod outside Broddick
Luxury glamping pod with everything you could need to make a really special stay. There are only three pods each with private enclosed small garden. The firepit is filled up every night. It has quality fixtures and fittings. The hosts are very friendly and super attentive. Amazing welcome pack supporting local products. Walks from the pod into Brodick. Ideally situated on the coastal path. A real hidden gem

Raven’s Gully, Arran.
At Raven’s Gully the luxurious pods are set in a beautiful quiet location with stunning views out to sea and also of Goat Fell. The pods are extremely well equipped with everything you would need – a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed and lovely shower and everything was spotlessly clean.
A welcome hamper was waiting on arrival filled with lovely local produce.
The technology was very clever with clear information on how everything worked.
Barbara was a very friendly host who made us feel very welcome.
Raven’s Gully is a perfect base for exploring Arran and I will definitely be back and would thoroughly recommend for a quiet, relaxing comfortable stay.

Perfect stay in a luxurious pod with an amazing view.
We rented 2 pods in Raven’s Gully, 2 couples and 2 dogs. The pods are very luxurious, contain everything you need, very good bed. The owners are very nice and helpful, for the dog a complete package, for us nice surprises in the fridge etc. The view from the pod to the landscape and sea is amazing. We made beautiful walks on Arran. To conclude: one of our best holidays!

Above and beyond expectations
This place is the go ! The pods are very well and thoughtfully kitted out – the technology takes a few moments to get your head around but after that easy as Barbara and Andy are really considerate hosts – only there when needed and helpful in many ways including providing some extra chairs and blankets for visitors around the fire pit in the evening.
Beds comfortable – kitchen compact yet great – welcome hamper generous.
I left some stuff in the wardrobe on departure and Barbara kindly folded it and brought it over to Ardrossen the next day. Service above and beyond !
Oh yes..and view is lovely and its a short walk down to an almost private beach with basking seals on the day we went.

Fantastic pod and location!
Beautiful, luxury pod with great view! We were welcomed very warmly by a luxurious welcome pack and the owner. We enjoyed exploring the area during our brief stay and hope to return to Arran in the future Our visits to Lagg and Arran distilleries were excellent and we were thrilled to watch an otter, deer and red squirrel on our cycling travels around Arran
Hosts Barbara and Andy are warm, kind and friendly nothing is a bother. Pods are absolutely stunning and have everything you could need and more.
Welcome hampers filled with local produce on arrival are amazing and yummy! Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and Nespresso coffee machine, which for me coffee is a must in the morning to be able to function haha.
King size bed with the comfiest mattress and pillows you are always guaranteed a perfect sleep.
Outside area is fantastic. Private garden space with picnic table, and area for loungers with fire pit, perfect for watching the stars and if your lucky catch the aurora borealis & northern lights, which on this visit we did and it was nothing short of spectacular.
It’s always a sad day to leave this beautiful place but will definitely be back soon!
Had the most wonderful 4 days staying at Ravens Gully on the Isle of Arran.
We hired 2 pods, one for my wife, our dog Lily and I and one for my daughter and son in law and their dog Holly. It was their first time here (they loved it) whilst this is visit number 3 for us (we love it here) The Pods are sooooooo luxurious! Every amenity you can think of is available at your fingertips including voice control blinds and lights changing colour and turning on and off with voice commands.
Well done Barbara and Andy you have nailed it and we hope to be back soon ❤️ xx

What an amazing, luxurious, stunning place to stay for 10 days! These pods are approx 1 mile (uphill!) from Brodick and are fantastic. Attention to detail first class, from the welcome hamper to the voice activated blinds,lights,etc.. to the fire pit and outdoor garden/patio/seating area, to the breathtaking views – such a treat to wake up in the morning and ask the pod to open up the blinds so we could watch the sunrise from our bed. Even to the way that the 3 x pods are designed and landscaped so you are next to each other but not over looking your neighbours. Barbara and Alan are first class hosts and people. Nothing is too much trouble if you need any advice or top up of coffee pods, fire logs, or in fact anything! But they also respect your privacy so do not be afraid to ask! 110% would recommend and would stay again when in Brodick – no where else comes close in my opinion.
Unique experience
Ravens gully exceeded our expectations. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the host, and had a full explanation about the voice activation system. The welcome package included local produce food and drink, and discount vouchers to use around the island.
We even had marshmallows for toasting on the fire pit, and blankets. The pods are next to hosts property, but they are not overlooked, and are facing the sea. We communicated with them via email, and received swift responses, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including waking up each morning asking google to open the blinds so we can see the sea from the bed. It is an experience that I will never forget. We will be back
Fantastic
Location is stunning. Pods are very well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. Extremely clean. A well stocked coffee machine, dishwasher with plenty of tablets. A gorgeous welcome hamper with gifts for us and our dog. Most importantly , the hosts are friendly, caring , attentive and welcoming. More than just accepting of dogs, they are very much dog lovers.
I would go back in a heartbeat, for a week of luxury relaxation and peace and quiet.
Fabulous!
Well the last day in our lovely luxury pod setting it has been a fantastic few days 😎❤️ (this is our second visit here – we love it 😍) thank you to our lovely hosts Barbara & Andy, nothing is too much trouble, you and your luxury pods are the best 👍
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 go and stay there people it’s fantastic!
One final note, we will return ❤️
Your take away message from this review should be…just book it!! The pictures don’t do the accommodation and views justice, simply stunning and so peaceful👌🏻 Barbara was an amazing host who was always on hand but never intrusive. She absolutely went above and beyond decorating our pod all because I happened to mention it was our 10th wedding anniversary during our correspondence We took her advice and walked up Dunfion and down into Lamlash, if you get the weather this is such an enjoyable walk!! Highly recommend getting takeaway pizzas from The Parlour in Brodick and a trip to the beach bar at Arran Botanicals 😍 This was our 1st trip to Arran, it certainly won’t be our last and a lot of that has to do with our stay at Ravens Gully 👍🏼
Ravens Gully – a luxurious wee hideaway!
We received an incredible warm welcome from owner Barbara to this stunning property. Located in a quiet spot above Brodick with fabulous views towards the Ayrshire coast Ravens Gully is a perfect hideaway for couples. The pod is cost, luxurious and perfectly appointed. A welcom hamper of local treats and a bottle of fizz was a lovely addition. Everything was excellent quality and we slept brilliantly to then enjoy the stunning views from bed each morning. Couple of local tips – the Old Pier Deli in Lamlash…..savouries, bread and cakes…..outstanding! And The Brodick Brasserie for top notch dishes by a very talented chef.
We decided to return to Raven’s Gully, this time for our ruby wedding anniversary, because it is quite simply our favourite place to travel to. It never disappoints – everything is perfect: the luxurious pods themselves, the fabulous location and the fantastic welcoming owners, Barbara and Andy. They go above and beyond the expected to make sure that every guest has the best time possible and we certainly did. We will definitely be back!
What an amazing place this is. The pods are finished to an incredibly high standard. The welcome goodies and attention to detail are simply outstanding. Barbara is a first-class host, communication was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I have been together 33 years and live in East Ayrshire. Ridiculously, this was our first trip together to Arran, but it most certainly won’t be our last. Can’t wait to revisit Raven’s Gully.

Arran Gold is in our opinion one of the best cream liqueurs in the world. Absolutely delicious from start to finish. It is made with Arran Single Malt Whisky which makes a real difference in terms of flavour. The nose has warm, melted toffee and lashings of double cream. The taste is beautifully sweet with vanilla, toffee, cream and a hint of chocolate. Wonderful stuff

Selected from the Isle of Arran Brewery range including the light, refreshing Arran Blonde for a warm summer’s day, or a slightly nutty Red Squirrel , or even a warming Clyde Puffer oatmeal stout to cosy up with next to the firepit.
You don’t need to be an F1 champion to justify opening a bottle of Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial but doing so is enough to make anyone feel extra special.
